Self-Sabotage: Stopping The Enemy Within (4 week Group)

Does this sound familiar? You set a goals for yourself, plan out your action steps and you start with excitement. You are confident and tell yourself, “this time, I am going to make this happen.” However you do everything but what you set out to do “Why do I do this to myself?”

The answer is Self-sabotage. Self-sabotage is any action that prevents you from achieving your goals. It is also a safety net that protects you against disappointment. In other words, our brain is protecting us from getting hurt by doing what it thinks is best and keeping us in our comfort zone.

WOMEN WELLNESS GROUP

Want to find confidence in making big life decisions, learn new life skills, learn coping skills, all in a safe space? This 4-week group is designed to help young women ( ages 18-25) find confidence in making big life decisions. It provides a safe space for girls to discuss and navigate through any difficulties they may be having.  Through discussions, reflection and activities, they will receive support from their peers and have the opportunity to build helpful skills.
